In a dramatic twist on the latest season of Big Brother, housemates Nancy Nocerino and Sam Ashby have been selected to face a Public Vote ahead of an unexpected Back Door Eviction scheduled for tonight.

The eviction will be broadcast during tomorrow's episode on ITV2 / ITV2 HD and ITVX, according to the show's producers.

Revealed in tonight’s episode of Big Brother, viewers saw Nancy and Sam receive the most nominations from their fellow Housemates.

Nancy received five nominations from Elsa Rae, Jenny Baird, Marcus John, Richard Storry and Tate Reynolds.

In the latest developments from the Big Brother house, housemates Farida Khalifa, Richard Storry, and Zelah Glasson have been selected to face the public vote.

This comes ahead of a double live eviction scheduled for Friday, which will be broadcast on ITV2 / ITV2 HD / ITVX.

The nominations were disclosed during tonight's episode.

Farida received the highest number of nominations, with five votes from fellow housemates Marcus John, Nancy Nocerino, Teja Dalpy, Richard, and Zelah.

Richard also received five nominations, cast by Caroline Monk, Elsa Ray, Sam Ashby, Farida, and Nancy.

Initially, Tate Reynolds was in the lineup with three nominations from Farida, Sam, and Teja.

A key twist occurred due to a "Save And Replace" token that Caroline had purchased earlier from the EyeDeal Mini Mart, a feature within the house that allows housemates to acquire special powers or items.

Using this token, Caroline chose to save Tate from facing eviction and replaced him with Zelah, finalizing the nominees as Farida, Richard, and Zelah.

Public voting opens at 22:00 tonight - 28 October - and viewers are encouraged to vote for the housemate they wish to save from eviction.

The process will determine which two housemates will be evicted during Friday's live show.

Following his or her departures, the evictees will participate in their first post-eviction interviews, presented by AJ Odudu and Will Best.

Why did you apply to be on this new series of Big Brother?
It's crazy. I've watched the show since I was a child. I'm obsessed with game shows. Literally. And obsessed with TV and watching TV. And I thought, 'you know what? This is an opportunity. Why not go for it?'. I've been quite ill for the last few years, I'm finally feeling better, and I was like, 'now’s the time, why not just do it'.

What do you think you'll bring to the House?
I will be cooking, for sure. I've got a lot of chaotic energy, it’s who I am. And I think I'm really good at tasks and quizzes and that sort of thing. So hopefully I'll be like the task master extraordinaire.

What are you looking forward to the most about being a Housemate?
Resting and not working! And the tasks especially. I've watched Big Brother since I was around nine, ten years old. The tasks are what really excite me.

Do you have a strategy for making it to the final?
It's so cheesy but just being myself! That’s it. That's my strategy.

What are you most likely to get nominated for?
Definitely snoring. And talking - I talk constantly. Either talking too much or talking to myself. I talk a lot. I just constantly talk to myself, which is really odd.

Tell us one thing about yourself you think will surprise people the most.
I'm obsessed with The Spice Girls. And I met Mel C once.

What would you do with the money if you won?
I'd buy something ridiculous for my cat because why not? I’d take my nieces and nephews on holiday. I've got Crohn's Colitis, so I'll give some money to charity. And I’ve never gone travelling, I've worked since I was 16, so I'd probably just take myself on a really long extended holiday.

Why did you apply to be on this new series of Big Brother?
My mum was always a big fan of the series, and since I was about ten years old, I've been watching it. I was always like, 'I reckon I'd be all right in that environment'. And fast forward a couple years and here we are now.

What do you think you’ll bring to the House?
Energy. A bit of annoyance. And maybe a bit of controversy but the main thing is energy - 100%.

What are you looking forward to the most about being a Housemate?
I'd say the whole experience or the competition aspect - I love competition. But I think I'll just love being secluded, no phone, no contact with the outside world. I feel like it's pretty interesting - a once in a lifetime thing.

Do you have a strategy for making it to the final?
The strategy would be, be nice to everyone. But also play a few little games; a few little tricks on them. Maybe make them turn against each other. Maybe a little bit. Just move the chess pieces a little bit.

What are you most likely to get nominated for?
Probably being too loud or being an annoyance. In the morning, I usually wake-up with a spring in my step.

Tell us one thing about yourself you think will surprise people the most.
How tall I am. I think that surprises people. I’m 6' 5". And when I have shoes on, add a few extra inches.

What would you do with the money if you won?
Put it all down to win the league on Bolton… I'm joking! I'd put some aside but I'm going on a holiday first. And I'd invest. That'd provide a good amount of money. And then I'd give something back to the community. The community I come from is a very small, tight knit community. So it would be nice to give back and give something for the younguns to do.

George Gilbert has been disqualifed and removed from the Big Brother House with immediate effect due to repeated use of unacceptable language and behaviour.

It comes after George received multiple reprimands for his language.

A spokesperson for ITV and Banijay UK, says:

"Following repeated use of unacceptable language and behaviour, George has been removed from the Big Brother House with immediate effect and will no longer participate in the programme."

George will appear in this evening's, and his last, main episode but none of the content which resulted in the removal will be aired since it breaches OfCom's Broadcasting Standards.

AJ Odudu will provide further clarifications during tonight's broadcast of Late & Live and Big Brother has confirmed with Informing Britain that this Friday's Live Eviction will go ahead as planned.

I've been watching Big Brother for years, and I think it's just a once in a lifetime opportunity. I had the opportunity to apply, and I just thought, ‘this could be a lot of fun’. And here I am!

What do you think you’ll bring to the House?
I think I will bring a lot of craic to the house. I think I will try my best to make everybody laugh and just be positive.

What are you looking forward to the most about being a Housemate? 
Just being in there. I think I’ll be like, ‘oh my God, I'm actually in the Big Brother house’.

Do you have a strategy for making it to the final? 
I do have a strategy to make it to the final. My strategy is to just be myself. There's nothing you can do, if the public wants you to win, you’ll win if you’re being yourself.

What are you most likely to get nominated for? 
I think I’m most likely to be nominated for being too honest. Because if you ask for my opinion, you're going to get it.

Tell us one thing about yourself you think will surprise people the most.
One thing about me that would surprise people most is that I can rap. Surprising, eh?

What would you do with the money if you won?
If I won Big Brother, I would go on as many holidays as I can.
