UPDATE:  Northumbria Police have confirmed with Informing Britain that the man has been identified.  In accordance with legal issues, his image has been removed from this article. 

Police Officers from the Northumbria force who are investigating an assault in South Tyneside have released an image of a man they want to identify.

At around 10:00 on Wednesday 3 April 2024, Officers from the South Tyneside Division received a report of an assault at South Shields Interchange on Keppel Street.

It was reported that a male approached a member of staff and became aggressive before spitting at him several times.
Enquiries are ongoing into the circumstances surrounding the incident, and police have today (Wednesday 29 May 2024) released the image of a man who they would like to trace.

He was in the area at the time of the incident and officers believe he could have valuable information that may assist the ongoing investigation.

The man, or anyone who recognises him, is asked to contact Northumbria Police by calling 101, quoting Crime Reference Number: 038080J/24.

19-YEAR-OLD FEMALE CHARGED WITH ALLEGED TRANSPHOBIC ATTEMPTED MURDER IN HARROW | INFORMING BRITAIN

Detectives investigating an alleged transphobic assault in Harrow have charged four people in connection with this incident.

According to a Metropolitan Police spokesperson, Summer Betts-Ramsey, 19, was arrested on Sunday 11 February 2024 and charged with attempted murder and possession of an offensive weapon. 

Summer Betts-Ramsey will appear at the Old Bailey and this has been scheduled for Tuesday 12 March 2024.

The other members of this quartet cannot be named for legal reasons, as they are under the age of 18, and have been referred to as B, C, and D. 

A 16-year-old girl [B] was arrested on Wednesday 28 February 2024 and charged with grievous bodily harm with intent, robbery and drug possession (cannabis).  She will also appear at the Old Bailey, tomorrow.

Just over a week later, on Thursday 7 March 2024, a 17-year-old male [C] was charged with grievous bodily harm with intent, disclosing sexual images and threatening the victim with a knife in a private place.

The following day, a second 17-year-old boy [D] was charged on Friday 8 March 2024.  The charge given was grievous bodily harm with intent.

Both males have been remanded and will appear at the Old Bailey on Friday 5 April 2024.

The charges relate to a serious assault on Greater London's Masons Avenue in the HA3 area which left an 18-year-old girl with stab wounds.

She has since been discharged from a local medical facility.

BATH: CCTV IMAGES RELEASED FOLLOWING ROBBERY OF 12-YEAR-OLD BOY

Avon & Somerset Officers investigating the robbery of a 12-year-old boy, including the assault of another, are keen to identify and speak to three boys about the incidents.

One victim was punched while the other had his iPhone X taken from him on George Street, Bath, on Saturday 23 April 2022.

Investigating officer PC Toby Hales, said:

"We’ve recovered CCTV of three boys we want to talk to about the incidents and have been carrying out enquiries to identify them.  We’ve been keen to complete these enquiries before releasing images from the CCTV publicly as we're conscious of the young age of those in them.  However, we're now at a point in our inquiry where we need the public’s help.  If you know any of the boys pictured, please get in touch."

Northumbria Police Officers investigating an alleged assault in Cramlington are now appealing to the public for information.

Not long following 23:00 on Tuesday 28 June 2022, the authorities in Northumbria received a report that a gentleman had been assaulted near the John The Clerk Of Cramlington pub on Low Main Place.

A 28 year-old male received injuries, including a laceration to his face.

In the immediate aftermath of the report, officers scoured the area for CCTV and spoke to witnesses, but they believe many more people who witnessed the alleged incident are yet to come forward.

Detective Inspector Sally-Ann Pallace, of Northumbria Police, said:

"Our investigation is well underway as we look to understand the full circumstances around what has happened. We know this is a busy location and we expect there to have been several witnesses.  Therefore, I am now asking anybody who was in that area at that time and has information and has not yet spoken to police to get in touch.  If you think you may know any information that can assist our investigation, please contact us as soon as possible."

Police, in Cumbria are investigating a report of assault which occurred on Beresford Road, Windermere, at approximately 07:40 on the morning of Thursday 18 November 2021.

The suspect was reported to be walking in the road and struck out at a passing car.  When the driver of the car stopped, the suspect assaulted her by punching her to the face, causing minor injuries.
 
The suspect is described as a white adult male with short hair, wearing grey and white coloured clothing.

Do you recognise the woman in this photo?

Investigating officiers at Humberside Police would like to talk to her in relation to an incident that occurred at a public house in Hessle Square at approximately 20:30 on Saturday 19 June 2021.

It is reported that the woman threw a glass bottle at a member of Door Supervisors, causing a laceration to the security member's cephalic.

The woman then left the premises with a group of friends, getting into a white hatchback car that was parked on Hessle Square, before leaving in the direction of Hull Road.

Whilst extensive enquiries have taken place since the incident, Humberside Police officers are now appealing to anyone who may recognise this woman, or who believes they were in the area at the time of the incident, to call Humberside Police on the national non-emergency number 101, quoting Crime Reference Number 16/63046/21.

Police are appealing for witnesses following an assault in the area of Featherstone Hill, Kirkoswald, at approximately 20:45 on Friday 06 August 2021.

During the incident, a man in his thirties was assaulted and sustained minor injuries.

Officers are keen to speak to anyone who may have witnessed the incident or anyone with relevent dashcam footage.

​Detectives investigating a brutal assault that left a man with a fractured jaw and broken nose have appealed for witnesses to come forward.

An investigation is ongoing into the attack which happened on Gartland Road in the Grindon area of Sunderland at the junction with Gilbert Road.

​At about 11:25 on Friday 16 April 2021, two men got out of a white Vauxhall Astra and assaulted a 40-year-old man on a grass verge by punching and kicking him repeatedly.

The pair then set a dog on their victim, described by a witness as a brown Staffordshire Bull Terrier.

The victim, who is believed to be known to the attackers, suffered a fractured jaw, eye socket and broken nose and was taken to a Northumbrian medical facility for treatment.

Shortly after the attack, the two offenders made off in the Astra and drove away from the scene.

Enquiries are ongoing into the circumstances surrounding the assault and the identities of those involved.

Police are now asking anybody who witnessed the incident to come forward.

Detective Constable David Holcroft, of Northumbria Police, said:

"This attack happened in broad daylight in a busy area.  We believe there will be people who witnessed the incident and we are asking them to do the right thing and come forward.  We are committed to ensuring those responsible are brought to justice for their crimes.  There is no place for violence on our streets and we are using every tactic at our disposal in order to get to the bottom of what happened."

DC Holcroft, concluded:

"If you know anything about the incident, or think you may know who was involved, please get in touch."
