In the wake of their explosive kitchen clash, Elsa Rae and Marcus John sit down for a heartfelt one-on-one to apologise and clear the air, but lingering tensions over Caroline Monk's involvement threaten to reignite the feud.

Emily Hewertson, Sam Ashby, and Farida Khalifa rally the housemates for an urgent House Meeting in the living area, addressing the recent lull in energy following a tough eviction, brainstorming ways to keep the vibes high, and hashing out frustrations over the shopping budget and group dynamics, omplete with heated exchanges about authenticity and not being "performing monkeys".
