A desperate Jacob faces another dead end in his search for Blake.

Siobhan has a shocking revelation.

Tariq's rogue behaviour causes problems.

A psychotic prisoner causes Jacob and Jan problems when a seemingly indestructible prison van crashes, however that's not the only issue for Jacob as he's running out of places to search for Blake but a tip-off gives him new hope.

Cameron returns to work and is supported by Siobhan but other staff in the Emergency Department aren't too pleased to see him, especially as tensions grow between he and Jodie.

Faith asks Dylan to check over a submission form as she hopes to take her transition to become a doctor several steps forward.

Tariq continues to please himself.

Casualty revisits, slightly, the Holby City Terrorist Attack at an Indoor Market from 2019 by introducing Cat Turing who was there.

Sophia gets assaulted when she tries to help people at a Support Group.
