Eileen plays a blinder.  Eileen finds Erik and Tim rowing over Mick outside in the street.  Back at home, a furious Billy is berating Todd for abandoning Summer and letting her think he was dead.  Eileen diffuses the situation and explains to Erik that it was she who called him, not Tim.  As the commotion escalates Paul heads over and Todd seizes the opportunity to cause trouble between Paul and Billy.  Billy assures Paul that he loves him with all his heart, Todd is bad news and he’s well rid.  Having had enough of Mick and Erik, Eileen reads Mick the riot act, stating that Todd isn't worth his time or energy.  Will Mick agree to go his separate ways from Todd?

Chesney takes one for the team.  Gemma begs Jenny for a few shifts in The Rovers but when they realise they have all taken on extra jobs and there’ll be no one to look after the children, Chesney agrees to turn down the job at UnderWorld.

Steve and Leanne continue to fight for Oliver.  With the final hearing date set, Leanne suggests they need to get the German doctors on-side and call them as medical experts. Steve says he’ll fly to Germany in a bid to persuade the medical team to lend their weight to Oliver's case.

Meanwhile, when Shona gets upset David assures her that they will find the old Shona eventually.

Elsewhere, Ray tells Gary that the contract is his and his first job is to get The Platts to sell up.

Will Eileen's secret be uncovered?  Eileen only makes matters worse when she decides to call Mick at home, using the StreetCars number, and threaten him with the police.  It's Mick's husband, Erik, who answers and is soon on the Coronation Street accusing a dumbfounded Tim of calling his house and having an affair with his husband!  Meanwhile, convinced the noises coming from the attic are the ghost of Pat Phelan, Mary gets Billy to perform an exorcism.  When Todd suddenly appears at the top of the stairs, Mary and Billy stare open mouthed.

David fears for his future with Shona.  When Aaron announces he is reducing his hours with Shona, David wonders how he'll cope.  Aaron encourages them to be upfront and honest with each other.  But David is horrified when Shona casually refers to his rape ordeal.

Meanwhile, Gemma urges Chesney and Bernie to find more work as she is sick of living hand to mouth.  Bernie asks Roy for shifts at the cafe while Chesney persuades Kirk to give him a part-time job in packing.

Elsewhere, Gary sells out.  Fed up with their neighbours, Maria urges Gary to take the job with Ray.  Gary sets out his stall to Ray and points out that with him on side, he'll have an easier task persuading the locals to sell him their houses.  Ray is quietly impressed.

Belle returns to Wishing Well Cottage following being charged for the hit-and-run on Moria.  Her family begins to wonder who the 'new witness' is that's causing Belle to shoulder the blame and not Jamie.

Phil is furious with Lola for telling Denise he has been seeing Raymond.

Meanwhile, Peter gives Kathy's dating app a little tweak in the hope she will have more luck.

Elsewhere, Sharon worries that Bobby's fears may be getting out of control.

Gary take a beating for Todd.  Mick and one of his sidekicks turn up at the furniture store and threaten Gary, believing him to be in cahoots with Todd.  As Mick makes his getaway, they almost run over Gail, who furiously takes a picture of the registration plate.  Maria is horrified to find Gary battered and bleeding in the furniture shop and forces him to tell PC Tinker everything.  But where is Todd? 

David has a bad day.  When Aaron cancels his visit, David is forced to take Shona to work with him.  A model, Hugo, arrives in need of an emergency haircut but Shona takes an instant dislike to him and when David's back is turned he is horrified to discover Shona has shaved off Hugo's topknot.  When Shona later suggests it’s time David shared her bed, he worries that it is too soon.  Shona is offended and after hurling her dinner at the wall, storms out.

Billy gets good news.  Billy reveals to Paul how the bishop has recommended he apply for the position of archdeacon.  Paul is delighted for him.

Meanwhile, when Johnny avoids Scott by making out he is at a brewery event, Scott makes it clear that if he doesn’t play ball, Jenny will get chapter and verse on his unsavoury past.

Elsewhere, Evelyn and Arthur plan a camping trip to Norfolk but when Dev refuses her holiday request she tells him to stock his job.  Dev is fuming while Arthur is impressed.

​Whitney's life hangs in the balance as she receives the jury's decision on if she's guilty or not guilty of the murder of Mr. Leo Cameron King following months of abuse by Leo who sought-out to get revenge for his father, Tony King, after he committed suicide while serving time for paedophile offences against Whitney.

Laura Awoyinka talks with Gray about his future as a lawyer and barrister.

​Denise meets up with Ellie to tell her Phil is Raymond's father - and that he is bad news - to a fuming Ellie. 

Shirley and Linda have a discussion about Gray's behaviour - which seemed a bit intense - after he lost his temper when he realised Linda washed away the last bit of Chantelle's lipstick from a coffee mug.

Later, Denise heads over to 55 Victoria Road to have many words with Phil & Ben - mainly Phil. 

​All embarrassed, ​Stacey struggles to give Ruby and Martin a good enough excuse as to why she was hiding in the office, and tensions between the two women quickly escalate.
