Teddy and Jacob struggle to navigate Ambulance 3006 through the thick snow of Holby on their way to a shout which is a Casualty classic - a car accident - but upon surveying the carnage Jacob discovers the reality of what's in front of them and it's not long before Fire and Rescue Service are on the scene.

Dylan defies his Ebenezer Scrooge-like reputation by rehoming a patient's dog.
