The team face an emergency blood shortage which has just been declared an Amber Warning.

Rida tries to rally round her colleagues for the Emergency Department's Secret Santa however a certain Doctor is less than enthusiastic. 

Teddy and Jacob struggle to navigate Ambulance 3006 through the thick snow of Holby on their way to a shout which is a Casualty classic - a car accident - but upon surveying the carnage Jacob discovers the reality of what's in front of them and it's not long before Fire and Rescue Service are on the scene.

Dylan defies his Ebenezer Scrooge-like reputation by rehoming a patient's dog.
