Flynn Byron, Theodore "Teddy" Gowan, and Iain Dean throw themselves into the fray when a ferocious riot erupts at the docks.  The turmoil ignites after two teenage shoplifters, fleeing from relentless police pursuit, plunge into the treacherous waters, setting off a chain of perilous events that tests the trio's resolve.

Meanwhile, Stevie Nash teeters on the brink of life and death, her condition spiraling into a dire crisis that demands immediate, life-saving surgery.  With every moment critical, the race to save her becomes a desperate battle against time.

Elsewhere, Rida Amaan embarks on a relentless quest for truth, unearthing a troubling mystery surrounding Sean Redmond's name on a clandestine list of surgeons to be avoided.  As she digs deeper, the shadows of doubt loom large.  Will her pursuit of answers lead to revelations she might wish she'd never uncovered?
