Rida exposes instances of misconduct within the Emergency Department.

Indie dodges distractions.

Rash questions Flynn's leadership.

In a pulse-pounding episode of Casualty, the Emergency Department spirals into turmoil as Rida Amaan (Sarah Seggari) uncovers shocking misconduct that threatens to tear the team apart.  With her moral compass spinning, Rida grapples with a heart-wrenching dilemma: should she expose Russell Whitelaw (Robert Bathurst), whose ties to the enigmatic Flynn Byron (Olly Rix) could shatter the Emergency Department's fragile hierarchy?  Seeking an escape, Rida turns to Siobhan McKenzie (Melanie Hill) to beg for her old job back, only to learn there's no room left in the chaotic Emergency Department.

Meanwhile, Indie Jankowski (Naomi Wakszlak) battles a barrage of distractions, fighting to keep her focus amidst the storm.

Elsewhere, across the ward, Rashid Masum (Neet Mohan) boldly challenges Flynn's leadership, igniting tensions that could spark a full-blown mutiny.  As the team teeters on the edge, a critical case crashes through the doors: a patient wracked by violent seizures, pushing the fractured staff to their limits.  Will they unite to save a life, or will secrets and betrayal flatline the Emergency Department?
