Faith and Lev visit a specialist to speak over their options as Luka's chemotherapy has failed to tackle his brain tumour.  During the consultation the struggling parents are given more troubling news.  Lev is left wondering what they can do to help their son. 

Jacob is concerned when Nate is brought into the Emergency Department struggling to breathe.

David is excited for Rosa to return home after visiting Xiomara, but he starts to worry that his strict routine may be boring for her.

Jacob is thrown off-guard when Nate is admitted for breathing difficulties.  It is not long until Nurse Masters guiltily remembers that he should have picked up Nate's medication as soon as the interview was over.

When Lev's family life takes a turn for the worst, he battles temptation and wanders into the arms of a man he has been messaging.

And two siblings come to loggerheads at a funeral but one is given a shock when the other reveals they are transitioning genders.
