DAILY EXPRESS: Daily Express exposes a Care Home Crisis saying, one in five care homes have been rated as substandard and "inadequate", according to figures they acquired. THE DAILY TELEGRAPH: The Daily Telegraph says Lord David Cameron (UK Foreign Secretary) will warn United States Government that it is risking the West's security by holding up a new aid package to Ukraine. DAILY RECORD: Daily Record lead with British broadcaster Nicky Campbell bravely showing compassion for his schoolteacher John Brownlee, who abused him and his classmates due to his abuser developing Dementia. THE GUARDIAN: The Guardian lead on their front page with news that tens of thousands of unpaid carers, who look after disabled people, are being forced to repay huge sums to the UK Government - and threatened with criminal prosecution - after unwittingly breaching earnings rules by just a few pounds a week. DAILY STAR: Daily Star has Esther Rantzen on their Front Page saying the TV dog who said "sausages" is fake as his owner squeezed his throat to make the noise. DAILY MAIL: Daily Mail splashes The Labour Party's Sir Keir Starmer & Angela Rayner being accused last night of breaking their pledge to uphold standards in public life - on their Front Page. THE I: The I reveal on the Front Page that new-build homeowners are being asked to sign non-disclosure agreements if they want to see rising estate charges. METRO (ENGLAND): Metro (England) lead with findings of new data which shows Comminity Service isn't working to punish criminals as they finish unpaid work without finishing it.
