Jac Naylor is discharged from the psychiatric unit, having made progress with her recovery - so is able to help a troubled Kian as he battles demons of his own.

Max encounters a face from the past and is blackmailed into performing a dangerous surgery - if she refuses, her most painful secrets will be revealed to the world.

When a defeated Kian finds himself in a dark place, will Jac be able to pull him back from the edge?
