How much will Kian sacrifice to give Bea what she wants?

Will Dom and Lofty's grief bring them closer together or rip their marriage apart?

​Kian is desperate to deliver the surgery that Bea desires, but Jac is too stressed and refuses to help, forcing him to consider what he is willing to sacrifice to give her what she wants.

Dom and Lofty are too busy putting others first to deal with their own problems.

Donna distracts herself from her troubles by focussing on a returning patient.  But when she goes missing, Donna has to be brave enough to convince them both to face their fears.
