But who will it be? As C Wing's mental health crisis brings Rose into contact with prisoner Lucas Cooper, she sees an opportunity to help both herself and Lucas. Meanwhile, Gary's efforts to counsel a severely ill patient have unexpected consequences for his own state of mind. With Leigh now utterly disillusioned, she's in no mood to tolerate accusations from Toby, who is armed with evidence against her. In the face of Leigh's evasions, Toby threatens to escalate his suspicions to The Governor. But before he has a chance to do so, a gunshot rings out over C Wing.
