Paul still cannot forgive Bernie.  Gemma reveals to Chesney that Kel is a paedophile, and he is horrified to think that he’s spent time with Joseph, and is glad when the police turn up and arrest him on suspicion of burglary.  Paul is furious when Bernie reveals she has reported Kel for sexual abuse, feeling unable to open up.  During his interview, the police show Kel the photos found at his flat.  He warns Bernie that she’ll regret crossing him.

Fiz worries that Hope has 'bin' staring fires.  Hope causes trouble when Fiz refuses to throw her a fireworks party.  Tyrone is concerned that Hope is up to her old tricks and suggests they throw the party to please her.  With the party underway, Fiz, Tyrone and Kevin suddenly realise the back yard is on fire, with Hope watching the flames with amusement.

Michael will not be defeated.  Michael calls Grace and begs her to give him another chance.

Meanwhile, Nick admits to Sarah that the new factory will focus on packing and distributing rather than sewing.

Elsewhere, Richard is insistent that he visits Weatherfield to see where Roy lives, much to Nina’s dismay.

At the Shop, David comforts Leyla, who is pained after everything that’s happened with Jacob.

Jacob is determined to make things right with Liam and Leanna.

At Tall Trees Cottage Marlon tries to get Billy to open up about his emotional state, but Billy’s defensive.

At the HOP Office, Al reveals to Kim that it was Billy who attacked him.  Dawn, who overhears, is shocked and becomes furious at Billy.  It's not long before Dawn’s mind is whirring.  Later, Dawn learns Al’s secret.

After she sees Rhona and Graham happily spending time with one another at the playground, Kim she whips out her phone to make a call.  Marlon is dumbfounded when an authoritative Rhona says she’s introducing Graham to Leo.

Al asserts his authority.

Meanwhile, Aaron relents on his stance.

Elsewhere, Rhona is a bit concerned to learn that Graham tried speaking with Marlon about him seeing Leo.

Paul is forced to face his horrible past.  As Gemma and Bernie return with the laptops and photos Paul is horrified to see his terrible past laid bare before his eyes.  An emotional Paul recounts his childhood experiences with Kel, how Kel took him on trips out, how he admired Kel but ultimately Kel sexually abused him.  Bernie and Gemma are shocked to the core whilst Billy’s heart breaks for him.  Gemma urges Paul to report Kel to the police, but Paul refuses, adamant that to rake over the past would be far too painful.  Gemma feels for her brother.

Meanwhile, Aggie just cannot do right for doing wrong.  When Grace finds out that Aggie has consulted Adam about Michael’s parental rights she storms out saying she doesn’t need the hassle.  Michael is furious with his mother.

Elsewhere, Peter and Carla step-in for Daniel.  Peter and Carla insist they’ll look after Bertie for the day giving Daniel a bit of ‘me time’.  Daniel returns to number 1 Coronation Street clearly the worse for wear and highly strung.  Peter and Carla are concerned for him.

Bernie eventually computes the truth.  Gemma & Paul realise they may have been wrong about Bernie and find her in the pub.  Having apologised for wrongly accusing her, they realise that the only other person who had access to Billy’s diary was Kel.  Gemma and Bernie break into Kel’s flat and find not only Daniel’s laptop, but a stack of old photos of Paul and some other kids.  Gemma is horrified to realise of their significance.

Michael get's some answers to his questions.  A despondent Michael is telling his parents about seeing Grace with his daughter when there is a knock at the door and Grace is there, she tells him Grace needs a responsible father, someone she can look up to.  Michael begs her to let him be a part of his daughter’s life, but she leaves without promising anything. 

Beth, surprisingly, comes through for Daniel.  Daniel insists it’s time to make a start on clearing up his flat.  Peter is concerned for him.  Daniel lets himself into his flat but upon finding Sinead’s broken teacup on the floor, he breaks down in tears.  Beth goes round to Daniel’s flat to find him sobbing. 

Meanwhile, when Hope refuses to do as she’s told and deliberately splashes paint on Fiz’s blouse, Jade takes over and dispatching Fiz, quietly bribes Hope into helping her clear up the mess.

Elsewhere, Paul plucks up the courage and tells Rita that he’s moving in with Billy.  Rita is thrilled for the pair of them.

Daniel cannot smash up his greif.  Weatherfield Police arrive at the pawn shop and arrest Daniel - can Craig and Peter persuade the shop owner to drop the charges by explaining the circumstances? 

Later, when Daniel discovers the laptop wasn’t his he breaks down in tears telling Adam that Bertie deserves better.

Gemma throws about accusations.  Gemma confronts her mum about the robberies and throws her out saying she has gone too far this time and she is going to the police.

Michael gets a blast from the past.  As Michael and James wait in FreshCo’s car park to get James’ phone back Michael is shocked to see his ex Grace with her daughter, she blanks him and drives off.

Meanwhile, Peter tells Adam that Ken’s in hospital having been diagnosed with pneumonia.

Elsewhere, Robert suggests they should take Viaduct Bistro to the next level and create a franchise.  Michelle agrees it’s a good idea.
