Abi has Ray over a barrel.  An excited Abi confides in Faye how she has got proof that Ray bribed the planning committee.  Meanwhile, a panicking Debbie suggests to Ray that he sign over Hexappoint to her as he is nothing but a liability.  Ray refuses, assuring her everything is in hand.  Abi shows Ray the footage on her phone and offers to bury it if in return he admits to the attempted rape of Faye, telling him he has got an hour to make a decision before she goes public.  Will Ray agree?

Gemma passes her problems on.  Chesney and Gemma are horrified to realise the extent of their financial problems.  Gemma begs Sean for more time to find the commission but he suggests she should be more resourceful and take on extra sales people.  Michael confides in Sean that he doesn't reckon Gemma is cut out for selling substandard makeup and she has got too much on her plate already.  Spotting Gemma having a drink with Vanessa, Sean sashays over and before Gemma can stop him, recruits Vanessa to join his makeup sales team.

Meanwhile, Tim is desperate to help Faye.  Craig assures Faye she has done the right thing by confessing to the police and that he'll stand by her no matter what.  When Faye reveals that Ray has been released, Tim's anger reaches boiling point.  A fired up Tim heads into Adam's office.  Adam assures him that he has no wish to see Faye punished and he's told the police that.

Elsewhere, Yasmeen suffers a panic attack at work and admits that she can’t get Geoff out of her head.  Elaine advises her to start doing things she knows he would have disapproved of as a kind of therapy.

Abi vows to bring Ray down.  Abi, Alya and Faye clock Ray leaving Viaduct Bistro and are gutted to realise he has been released.  In the hope of lending some weight to Faye's case, Alya reports Ray to the police for luring her to a hotel bedroom with the intention of having sex.  Hoping to dig some dirt, Abi goes to Ray's hotel.  But when Ray arrives with Susan, the Chairperson in tow, Abi dives behind the bar.  As Ray and Susan discuss their crimes, Abi records the conversation on her mobile phone.

Sean puts pressure on Chesney and Gemma.  When Sean suggests he could come and live with him and they'll get a flat of their own, Dylan is delighted.  Spotting Chesney, Sean reminds him that Gemma still owes him his commission from her makeup sales.  When Kirk reminds him that he still owes him the money for the stolen make-up, Chesney starts to feel the strain.

Adam discovers the truth.  DS Willets goes to Adam's office and questions him again about the attack, revealing new information has come to light.  Adam and Sarah are stunned as a tearful Faye tells Adam the whole sorry story, how she attacked him and wishes she had reported Ray to the police in the first place as Gary was just trying to protect her.

Meanwhile, Yasmeen returns to work at Speed Daal but it’s clear she’s not herself.

Things go back to worse for Ray.  Faye finds her courage.  In the police interview room, a terrified Faye explains how she attacked Adam Barlow thinking he was Ray Crosby.  Tim rails at Craig, accusing him of forcing Faye to hand herself in, in the hope he'll be promoted.  Faye steels herself and describes how Ray tried to rape her and the attack was a bid for revenge.  At Viaduct Bistro Debbie is stunned as Ray is arrested on suspicion of attempted rape.

Dylan finally opens up to Sean and explains that he's being bullied at school because his Dad is a homosexual.

In a bid to try and stop the house sales falling through, Ray telephones the bank.  Meanwhile, as Alya helps Yasmeen with the last of her things, a call from the solicitor advises that there has been a delay as Ray's funds have yet to clear in the account.  Yasmeen asserts that until she sees the colour of Ray's money, she is going nowhere and won't let him bully her like Geoff did.  Alya is delighted to see a glimpse of her old Grandma.

The Platts say goodbye to number 8 Coronation Street.  As the heartbroken Platts move out of their home, Alya tells David about the cash flow problem that Ray is having.  David finds Ray and Debbie mid-row but when he threatens to stay put at the house, Ray menacingly asserts that he will have him thrown out.

Faye faces up to the consequences.  As Sally and Tim bicker about the idea of moving to Spain, Faye hurries out, with the weight of The World on her shoulders.  Desperate to unburden herself, Faye confesses to Craig how Ray tried to rape her.  As Craig reels Faye admits how she cheated on him, slept with Ray and ended up attacking Adam by mistake.  With Craig's support, Faye hands herself in to Weatherfield Police Station.

Ray's stresses start to mount.  Mick chucks Ray out of the back of his van and tells him he’s got 24 hours to find the money. Meanwhile Debbie reminds Ray that they’re completing Coronation Street houses 4 and 6 today so he would better have got the cash.  Ray assures her he is on it but when he meets up with Susan, Chairperson of the planning committee, she tells him she wants £20,000 or she will reveal how he bribed her.  When Ray reveals he’s had to use the money earmarked for homes 4 and 6 to pay off Mick and another bung to Susan, Debbie is fuming.

It is the end of an era for The Platt Family.  David, Shona and Gail pack up the house, dreading their move.  When Gail confides in Nick that she is too old to be slumming it on a rough council estate, will Nick cave and invite her to move in with him and Sam?

Having taken a call from Violet, Sean reveals that Dylan has been suspended from school and is on his way back to Manchester.  When Dylan arrives, he refuses to discuss it.
