Jan and Ffion are forced together in a terrifying hostage situation.

Stevie's job is taken into question following Ethan's stabbing.

Ffion and Jan are held captive in a horrific ordeal for the two estranged lovers.  They are held against their will by a terminally ill lawyer who livestreams his actions on the World Wide Web, claiming that one of his clients is responsible for his condition.

Stevie is on edge as she waits for Ethan to regain consciousness, and her position within the Emergency Department is hanging in the balance.
