Devised by Tony Warren
Writer: Mark Wadlow
Director: Paul Riordan
Series Producer: Iain MacLeod
Alina makes a horrifying discovery about Hope.

Craig sets the record straight for James.

Ken tells Rita that Norris has been in touch.

Alina realises all hope is lost.  Fiz calls Tyrone as Hope refuses to go to school.  When Alina asserts that once they are married, she will be a firm but fair stepmum.  Tyrone can’t look Fiz in the eye.  After telling Alina she hates her for stealing her daddy, a contrite Hope pulls the damaged teddy from her bag, admitting she stole it and she’s sorry about the fire.  But when Hope reveals she is sorry for all the other fires she started too,  Alina is horrified to realise this wasn't the first time.  At home she rails at Tyrone for keeping secrets. Battling his guilt, will Tyrone come clean?

Rita and Ken are intrigued by Norris' mystery.  Ken confides in Rita that Norris wants to meet up as he has some important news.  However they’re shocked to hear from Freda that Norris has collapsed and been taken to a nearby medical facility with a suspected stroke.

Meanwhile, Craig does the right thing.  At the police station, Craig sets the record straight and admits that James was not driving erratically, nor were The Bailey Brothers aggressive in any way.

Elsewhere, Aadi tells Summer he has persuaded Dev to pay for lunch by way of an apology for his drunken behaviour last night.  Summer and Aadi admit they like each other but agree to take things slowly.
