The clinician tells Bernadette she could face complications with a potential pregnancy, leaving Rainie unsure whether to proceed with the surrogacy.

Kheerat and Sharon go out for a drink, where they discuss their romantic pasts - only for Kheerat to put his foot in it, leaving Sharon hurt.
