In the village, just before signing Chas asks Al to promise once everything is signed, he will end his feud with Cain.  Before long, Gavin informs Al of his run-in with Cain and Mackenzie and how he is pulling out of the development deal.  Al pleads with Gavin but he is unmoving and demands all of the money back.  Al is terrified as Gavin threatens him and his family if he fails.  Chas is furious Cain has ruined everything. 

Meanwhile, Kim opens up to Will after a misunderstanding.

Elsewhere, Johnny asks Charity for a playdate with Moses but Charity sticks her foot in it with Vanessa.  Can these two ever make up?
