Billy is angry to hear Mackenzie kissed Dawn.  Mackenzie and Charity are now over but Vanessa messes with Mackenzie's head when she tells him Charity was actually coming to apologise to him before he messed up by kissing Dawn.  Can they all sort out their differences? 

It is the day of Liv's court hearing and Vinny is excited.  In her prison cell, Liv pack her stuff to go home.  Vinny worries about telling Liv that Aaron is not coming to support her.  Unable to burst her bubble, Vinny tells her Aaron is on his way leaving him feeling wretched at the lie. 

Meanwhile, Leyla and Jacob discuss Liv's hearing.  Liam tells them Hotten Police are packing up their investigation vehicles.  Outside the Village Hall, Liam and Jacob are left gut-punched when DS Rogers informs them they have received information that Meena might have left the country.  Jacob has a go at Vinny and storms off all emotional.  Leyla, later, finds Jacob sitting by Leanna's grave.  Thinking of what David would do, Leyla takes inspiration and comes up with an idea to help Jacob through his pain.  But, the question is, will it work? 

​Elsewhere, in a nearby medical facility, Manpreet and Charles remain united despite her voicing ideas that she should move away.  Can Charles stop her from leaving Emmerdale Village for good?
