Bob struggles with his guilt as Angus’s health deteriorates.
Maggie and Ellie try to help Ruby embrace motherhood.
Stevie vows to take revenge on Rory.
Having had vivid dreams that Angus has died, Bob limps to his side, and is filled with guilt when he sees his best mate clinging on for life.
Lou reveals the seriousness of Angus’s injuries as Bob struggles to hold his emotions together. Lou, also, blames Bob for the attack and is horrified to discover Rory might be the reason the friends were lynched.
Later, Bob is devastated to discover Kim has filed for separation, and confronts Scarlett and Bernie for hiding the truth from him, lashing out at his mother and blaming Scarlett for the mess his life is in. However, danger comes calling when Rory lurks in the hospital to finish Bob off once and for all.
Ellie and Maggie worry about Ruby’s inability to bond with her baby, knowing that Social Services are on the brink of getting involved. To their horror, Ruby makes the startling revelation she plans to put her baby up for adoption.
Meanwhile, Maggie tries to be sympathetic about Ruby’s situation, Ellie puts pressure on her niece to change her mind and keep the baby. With emotions running high, Ruby’s maternal bond is tested when her baby falls ill.
Elsewhere, Stevie and Poppy arrive at the hospital to be by Bob’s bedside. Stevie vows to get revenge for the attack on his brother, so Poppy does her best to derail his anger.
