Ruby excitedly plans a special welcome home lunch for Caitlin, who is being discharged from the local medical facility. As the taxi arrives on Montego Street, a remorseful Caitlin tells Maggie she is concerned about the future that lies ahead of her – the murder trial is imminent and she might go to prison.
Caitlin is overwhelmed by all the effort Ruby has put into making a special lunch for her mum, but Maggie worries she is too tired to celebrate being home. Caitlin puts on a front to build bridges with Ruby, hiding how exhausted she really is. However, their good mood is short lived when bad news comes calling.
Eve questions a cheerful Cameron about his whereabouts last night. Cameron spins a web of lies about working late in the Jailbirds for Stevie at short notice, which seems to placate her, but her suspicions are roused once again when Stevie unwittingly exposes Cameron's lies.
With the identity of Poppy's stalker still unknown, Eve grows paranoid that Cameron is somehow involved.
