In the weeks ahead on Emmerdale, Ross Barton (Michael Parr) asks Gabby Thomas (Rosie Bentham) to meet him and she interprets the invitation as flirtatious.

She soon learns that the arrangement concerns a new dance partnership with Sam Dingle (James Hooton).

Lydia Dingle (Karen Blick) grows irritated when Sam appears to avoid her, while Laurel Thomas (Charlotte Bellamy) notices Ross watching Gabby and issues a clear warning to keep his distance.

At the dance class Sam observes proceedings from a concealed position as Lydia performs an accomplished routine with Bob Hope (Tony Audenshaw).

Laurel spots Ross near the class and assumes his interest lies with Gabby, prompting a further confrontation.

Ross later attempts to lift Sam's spirits and notes that his own availability may change, directing a glance toward Laurel.

Gabby separately informs Lewis Barton (Bradley Riches) that she harbours feelings for Ross, though Ross' attention has shifted elsewhere.

Emmerdale continues their current arson storyline in upcoming episodes when Kammy Hadiq (Shebz Miah) visits Belle Dingle (Eden Taylor-Draper) at work.

Belle raises the subject of his family under the pretext of Eid, notices his discomfort and later regrets pressing the matter.

Kammy departs abruptly after receiving a text from Aaron Dingle (Danny Miller) regarding another fire.

Meanwhile, Aaron suggests that Robert Sugden (Ryan Hawley) step away from the stress and the pair head toward the pub, unaware of a figure observing them from a nearby barn.

Tensions remain elevated at the garage as Aaron observes Kammy's fatigue and Robert grows more agitated about the ongoing incidents.

Belle later asks whether she can meet Kammy's family and receives a curt refusal that leaves her unsettled.

She confides in Dawn Fletcher (Olivia Bromley) about her brief impulse to examine his Mobile Phone and expresses regret, while still sensing that information is being withheld.

Separately Kammy prepares a sleeping bag in a barn on Emmerdale Farm, confirming his homeless status.

A tip-off from Matty Barton (Ash Palmisciano) prompts Aaron and Robert to investigate a suspicious presence in the field.

They discover Kammy carrying a petrol can and lighter and immediately assume his involvement in the fires.

Robert seizes Kammy by the jacket; Kammy states that he intended to set fire to his own car.

When Aaron intervenes to prevent escalation Kammy flees.

Following yet another fire Aaron contacts the police and Kammy is taken away in a Patrol Car.

Cain Dingle (Jeff Hordley) begins to regain a sense of routine following the removal of his catheter.

He visits The Woolpack for a pint and proceeds to order a whiskey chaser despite Caleb Miligan's (William Ash) suggestion to moderate his intake.

On the way home he stops at the roadside and is subsequently arrested for urinating in public and for drunk and disorderly behaviour.

Once in his cell, Cain becomes agitated when a Custody Officer provides sweatpants and informs him that he will remain overnight.

The following morning Moira Dingle (Natalie J. Robb) visits and presses for a full account of the events that led to his detention.

Cain finds himself unable to offer an immediate explanation and experiences evident discomfort at the prospect of disclosing the precise circumstances.

Upon returning to Home Farm later in the day, Graham locates Dawn unconscious at the base of the stairs.

With Joe positioned at the top of the staircase, Graham proceeds to inquire about the events that have taken place.

ITV/STV airs a new Emmerdale promotional trailer today Monday 27 April 2026, featuring three lead characters heading into the dock.

One stands charged with murder and the other two face charges of perverting the course of justice, as the trailer explores the question of what sentences lie ahead.

Bear Wolf (Joshua Richards) appears in the dock charged with murder following the killing of his captor Ray Walters (Joe Absolom).

The court will examine the circumstances that drove him to the act after months spent in Modern Slavery.

Bear Wolf protected his son Paddy Dingle (Dominic Brunt) and young Dylan Penders (Fred Kettle) from Ray's control during that time.

Paddy and Dylan face charges of perverting the course of justice after their attempt to cover up Bear Wolf's actions came to light.

The court scenes themselves air on Emmerdale from next Monday 04 May 2026.

Upon entering the factory Carla observes that the space has been arranged for the Wedding Reception and that all their acquaintances are present.

Betsy Swain (Sydney Martin), Roy and Ryan Connor (Ryan Prescott) observe Carla and DS Lisa Swain (Vicky Myers) proceeding along the aisle.

Carla and Lisa present their own vows and exchange rings.

Mrs. & Mrs. Swarla have tied the knot.

SPOILERS: PADDY TO ASSESS BEAR WOLF'S RELEASE PROSPECTS | INFORMING BRITAIN ON EMMERDALE

Zara Adams (Frog Stone) visits Paddy Dingle (Dominic Brunt) and reports that Bear Wolf (Joshua Richards) has been placed in Solitary Confinement following an altercation with another prisoner.

Paddy determines that Bear Wolf's prospects of release have narrowed.

Paddy considers the possibility that both he and Dylan Penders (Fred Kettle) may receive prison sentences.

April Windsor (Amelia Flanagan) states her intention to wait for Dylan should he be imprisoned.

Dylan develops a plan to terminate the relationship with April in order to allow her greater freedom if he is sentenced.

Paddy thanks Mandy Dingle (Lisa Riley) for operating the salon although Mandy displays signs of concern.

Marlon Dingle (Mark Charnock) informs April of Dylan's intention to end the relationship abruptly and to cease contact.
