Channel 5's popular warring residents programme is to return in the next few weeks.

The raging neighbours documentary, Nightmare Neighbour Next Door, became an instant hit when the inaugral episode aired on Wednesday 1 April 2014 and has enjoyed success reaching its sixth series in May of 2017.

With murders, ASBOs and noise pollution being amongst the topics covered, viewers were hooked since the get-go.

Series six quietly ended in 2018, with a few special episodes focusing on notable incidents within various communities across Britain in 2019.

A Channel 5 representative has comfirmed Nightmare Neighbour Next Door will return for a seventh series.

Series seven begins Monday 6 January 2020 on 5STAR at 21:00.

I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here is currently keeping ITV/STV/UTV viewers in Britain hooked but some of those audience members have noticed something missing.  There's no fireworks on the bridge as the celebrities depart the show.
In previous years celebrities such as, Noel Edmonds & Malique Thompson-Dwyer all enjoyed the pyrotechnics as they crossed the infamous bridge towards waiting loved ones when eliminated from the programme.
However this year, these spectacular displays have been missing as noticed by eagleyed viewer, Olivia Jayne, on Twitter.

Adele Roberts, from Big Brother fame, was eliminated earlier in the week and tonight viewers caused Andrew Maxwell, Edinburgh Fringe comedian, to get the chop in this evening's live broadcast.  Both crossed the walkway to be greeted by a rather lacklustre special effects display.

Olivia is one of many members of the elite I'm A Celebrity audience to notice this.

The reason?

At the beginning of the 2019 series, I'm A Celebrity hosts, Anthony McPartlin & Declan Donnelly, explained due to the worrying bushfires that are currently befelling rainforests in Australia there will be no campfire this year and the celebrities will be using a gas stove.  Although Ant & Dec failed to mention, the usage of pyrotechnics on the eliminatory bridge would, also, not be used.

According to reports, a forestry commission in Austrialia are in a "Code Red" due to unrelenting flames that are engulfing woodland.

NSW Fire and Rescue officers are immersed in a battle the Gospers Mountain fire south west of Sydney.  Near to the location of where I'm A Celebrity's jungle is located.

ITV Australia have taken the decision to eliminate the usage of fire within the rainforest.

I'm A Celebrity continues nightly on ITV/STV/UTV.
