Daniel Osbourne (Rob Mallard) has been suffering with some form of depression since his wife died of cervical cancer last year.
Viewers has seen the dad of one struggle to deal with Sinead's passing by 'replacing' her with a local call girl who resembles his dead wife.
In recent past Daniel has been paying for Nicky Wheatley (Kimberly Hart-Simpson) to wear Sinead's clothing and act like she's still there in what some viewers have gone to call "creepy" according to reports.
Next week, Daniel will somewhat breakdown and admit to Adam Barlow (Samuel Robertson) about what he's been doing with Nicky. Adam, immediately, wants to help.
Spotting Nicky leaving Daniel's flat he throws some money at her demanding she leave Daniel alone.
