David Metcalfe (Matthew Wolfenden) and Victoria Sugden (Isabel Hodgins) compete for the final slot at their preferred nursery for Theo Metcalfe (Talitha Taylor/Eve Rowlinski) & Harry Sugden (Teddy Hall/Brody Hall) respectively but an outside contender swooped in and took it from their grasp as Chas Dingle (Lucy Pargeter) revealed Eve Dingle (Bonnie Clement/Billy Clement) was granted the placement much to the hinderance of David and Victoria.
Hindered, yes, but they're not going to be defeated therefore David and Victoria form a plan - a rota of childcare between them - and they think it just might work. Later that day, an excited Meena Jutla (Paige Sandhu) arrives at Farrers Barn all ready for an erotic afternoon with David. Her excitement turns to fury when Meena discovers David is on childcare/babysitting duties with Theo & Harry. Meena will mask her rage.
The following day, Meena telephones David but when he declines her call so David can carry on his conversation with Victoria, Meena's rage heightens some more and a green-eyed monster awakens inside her.
It's now Victoria's turn to look after Harry & Theo and things take a sinister turn. While Theo is playing downstairs, Victoria quickly pops upstairs to check on her son. As she's making sure Harry is safe, Meena arrives and snatches Theo before Victoria comes downstairs to discover the child goine and both baby gate and back door are wide open.
After freaking out in fear, a search commences for the toddler.
