Waking up early in the morning, Chas Dingle (Lucy Pargeter) was shocked in tonight's (Monday 6 September 2021) Emmerdale to see Marlon Dingle (Mark Charnock) crunhing numbers in The Woolpack. She was amazed at how early Marlon had turned up for work.
Quickly realising what was going on, Chas told Marlon she's aware that The Woolpack's finances is keeping Marlon awake at night. Chas joked about how they could do budget cuts by hypothetically saying customers should bring their own toilet roll but Marlon was far from in a joking mood and commented that he didn't know how hard bouncing back would be.
